Returns Policy
Non Personalised Products:
Any item without personalisation purchase from us is eligible for return. Kindly inform us within 14 days of receipt and ensure the items are returned within 28 days, in their original, unused condition and packaging. Upon receipt, we will issue a refund, excluding delivery charges. Return postage and packaging expenses are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is deemed faulty by our team. We retain the right to impose a 10% restocking fee to cover administrative costs for any returns.
Personalised Products:
Personalised products are those items which have been custom made, printed or embroidered with your design, name, initials, dates etc., – and are not subject to returns or refunds. This is inline with the current distance selling regulations. However, if you receive a faulty personalised item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery for assessment. We will proceed with either a replacement or refund at our discretion.
